does xbox 360 games bought in ukraine work in italy?
I am going to Ukraine to visit family of my wife. I have heard the price for an xbox 360 game there is about 6 to 7 euros. Will it work on my italian Xbox 360 or will there be some limit of some kind preventing me to use it??

It should, but I really doubt you will find a very big selection to chose from. When I lived there I did not see many consoles or games for that, most games are PC based as it is hard to compete in that market with real non bootlegged games. The other issues that you could find is the games will most likely be in Russian. Good luck.

purchased in Italy July 2010,used 5 weeks in Italy. Not used since then. Going from USA to France for 5 weeks, June 30-July 5. Can I use it there, starting Paris, then southern France? What steps to take

You'll have to add funds, then it will work. If it's an unlocked phone you can also get an french sim like orange or sfr. There is a sim called mobiho that you can buy in tabac shops for around 20 euro that does not require documents. Same with this relatively new bic phone you can buy in tabac shops that cost 30 euro for phone and sim (no document) its a cheap little phone but does what it needs to do.

It will work as long as you put some money into it before 12 months from the last time you put some money in it. If you don't it will be automatically blocked and your credit will expire. You'll be able to transfer the expired credit to another SIM only if it's also a Vodafone. If you use it in France, make sure you have a decent tariff for use abroad, or you'll spend an outrageous amount of money. Be aware that if you use it outside of Italy, you'll be charged also for receiving calls.

Will an American iPhone 3g or 3gs work in Italy
Will an American iPhone 3g or 3gs work in Italy?
I heard you have to have a contract with like At&T and stuff but that you can also undo it when you get to the other country and unlock the phone ready for another SIM card or contract? Is it true? Will I have any problems doing it?

You will have to get the phone OUT of contract.. Witch is Expensive.. And just as long as the network in Italy runs off of GSM, UMTS, or HSDPA Then you will not have a problem using the iPhone there.. but it WILL have to be unlocked.

I am an American, what do I need to do to work in Italy?
I am an American, what do I need to do to work in Italy? I plan to move there and I do not have a time frame for returning. It could be 2 months or 5 years. I am currently taking Italian classes.

a working Visa, or just a passport... you could also apply for a government job and be stationed in Italy on a military base... you can apply to stay up to 5 years if possible but no less than 2. Or just get a student visa
