How can I work in Italy as a English teacher

How can I work in Italy as a English teacher?
Hi I am Italian and British and I wanted to live in Italy for a year, to get close with my Italian side of the family and I was thinking of going to Italy for a year right after I finish A-levels. This would mean that I would take a gap year in my goal of achieving a higher level of education in my chosen subject. I wanted to know that If I took English language in A levels and a TEFL certificate, would I be eligible to teach English language in Italy.

In general you'll need a degree and a TEFL (Teaching English as a Foreign Language) certificate to get a visa and work. The TEFL certificate can be taken either in-house or online at your own pace which is a much cheaper option (see http://icalweb.com). One alternative may be to do private lessons there. If you have a place to stay and teach you could build up enough to live.
