Only if u r employed by some company in Italy, otherwise NO CHANCE.

Erm to be honest you can't you need an education to do anything

You can't. If you really want to move to Italy, go back to school and get a degree. Your best bet would be to study nursing as there is a nursing shortage throughout Europe and most countries have special visas for overseas nurses.
