Before anything else you need a visa to stay then you need to get an employment and ask for a working visa. i think the italian government will guarantee a stay permit for you of a limited number of days. you should visit the pinoy embassy once you get there. They will give you the requirements for the visa. You don't need particular documents to work in italy just make sure you get the stay permit and visit the embassy or the consulate. They will help you with the bureaucracy stuff. Anyway i think this is not the best period to work, unfortunately the economic crisis spread all over the world even in italy so good luck. =]
